In summary, it was an excellent accommodation for our three-week or one-month vacation in Calabria. The apartment was clean and well-maintained with attention to detail. The person who welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful in every way. The central location allowed us to easily reach the sea, which has received the Blue Flag for the sixth consecutive year, and various beach resorts without needing to use the car. Even though the ample and free parking behind the building was very convenient. Between the sports tournaments organized by the beach clubs, guided tours, and the establishments along the promenade, even my children, who are usually very demanding, felt at home in Soverato. It's certain we'll be back!

I was looking for accommodation for a few days to attend various conferences, and this place was perfect. The apartment was clean and cozy, and the location was ideal, practically everything within reach. The sea was less than ten minutes away on foot, and I enjoyed taking breaks to relax, take a walk in the center or along the promenade, where there were many bars and places to eat and drink. I will consider it for the future, and I'm sure my wife would enjoy spending time here.

Taking advantage of the beautiful season that extended well beyond the summer months, my friends and I treated ourselves to a week's vacation in Calabria. Choosing Soverato turned out to be a winning move: crystal-clear sea, endless beaches, and various historical/artistic places to discover. I highly recommend this property. Impeccable cleanliness and hospitality, spacious areas equipped with all necessities, and a central location. The check-in attendant provided us with a wide range of tours not only within Soverato but also in various places in the region easily accessible by train (the station is a short walk from the apartment!). Two of us study archaeology and fell madly in love with the area. A must-see, in our opinion, is a trip to Reggio Calabria to see the famous Bronzi di Riace. Super!

In May, my boyfriend and I spent a week in Calabria and chose Soverato as our base for exploring due to its strategic location. The apartment turned out to be not only very clean and well-equipped but also convenient for its centrality and the free and spacious parking. It was very convenient for us traveling by car. The host, who handed us the keys upon arrival, gave us valuable advice on what to do and places to visit. The city is very charming and full of attractions. It was enjoyable to stroll along the promenade and in the historic center, where you can admire ancient buildings of great elegance. During our time, we managed to visit various beaches along the coast and characteristic villages in the Calabrian hinterland. One day, we decided to dedicate it entirely to exploring Catanzaro, the capital of the region. The host accompanied us with great availability on our tour, showing us many things and telling us interesting anecdotes about the city's history and its legends. It's not a metropolis, but we didn't mind at all. The Mediterranean biodiversity park is beautiful and worth the trip!

My friends and I booked an apartment in this property in July. We were coming down to Soverato for the wedding of a dear friend and took the opportunity to have two weeks of non-stop beach time. We drove from Padova, and finding a large, free parking area as promised was very convenient. A friendly, easygoing guy awaited us to hand over the keys, giving us lots of tips on where to eat well at a reasonable price and, most importantly, what to do in the evenings. The apartment met our expectations: spacious, equipped with all the essentials, and very clean. The location is great, right in the city center. The beach is easily reachable on foot, as is the lively promenade in the evenings with numerous places to eat, drink, and, most importantly, dance and have fun, which was our plan for the entire stay there. The sea in Calabria is amazing. It's a shame the vacation ended, but we'd love to return!

My partner and I had a great time at this property. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort. Moreover, it was located a short distance from the train station. This was what convinced us to choose it because our trip was almost exclusively based on using trains to move from one area to another, and Soverato did not disappoint (there is also a well-connected bus service for those who prefer it). This way, we could reach not only some very interesting nearby locations but also venture further and reach the other side of the coast. Absolutely worth seeing are the villages of Tropea and Pizzo, small gems overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, which we will hardly forget. Both can be visited in a single day, as can Reggio Calabria... a must-stop at the archaeological museum to admire the Bronzes of Riace!

Calabria!!! It was beautiful to return to this splendid region after 10 years! My husband Robert and I decided to have a two-week vacation in Calabria to celebrate his recent retirement. We wanted to stay in a seaside town that also allowed easy access to other areas of Calabria. In this regard, Soverato turned out to be an excellent choice. The apartment we booked at this property was very close to the train station, not to mention that it was situated in a very central location that allowed us to comfortably reach both the historic center and the sea. The girl who showed us the house gave us many valuable tips about the areas that were easiest to reach by train and offered her time and knowledge to accompany us on our travels. She was an indispensable guide for us who knew little about the region and its vast beauties!!! The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and well taken care of down to the smallest details. The welcome gift given to us on arrival with various items to make our stay more enjoyable was very cute. It may seem like a small thing, but these are details that make a difference!

First time in Calabria looking for archaeological sites to study for my doctoral thesis. Staying in Soverato for two weeks was very helpful. The apartment is comfortable and close to the train and bus stations, allowing me to reach some of the many archaeological sites that characterize Magna Graecia, essential stops for enthusiasts of the ancient world. I particularly highlight the village of Squillace and the Scolacium park with its museum. Even Soverato has an ancient history that amazed me. From Soverato Superiore, you can admire a breathtaking hilly landscape where the visitable remains of what was once called "Suberatum" stand. Unfortunately, my trip has ended, but if I need to return for more in-depth research, I will definitely consider this property that managed to meet my needs from every perspective.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Ludo. Our apartment was the Mediterraneo. Great location with a fantastic balcony on the 4th floor. We really enjoyed the view of the city rooftops. You feel part of Soverato. With a wonderful cool breeze, the sun doesn't beat down hard on the balcony, just a bit in the afternoon. All windows have mosquito nets. At 30 degrees, air conditioning isn't needed. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful. Right from the start of the booking, we were in contact via WhatsApp and could embark on the trip with peace of mind. They were always available for questions or requests. The sofa bed is very comfortable. It turns into a real bed with slats and a mattress and closes easily, allowing you to use all the space during the day. We really slept very well. On foot, the beautiful beaches are easily accessible by crossing the city. Our 5 and 6-year-old children walked without any problems. Carrefour supermarket is reachable in 5 minutes. All in all, fantastic. We will gladly return! Thank you for everything!
